Foods that will trim your waistline!
Extra body fat is unhealthy, but extra body fat in the abdomen region may be deadly because it is very close to vital organs such as the liver and heart.
The body needs 3 macronutrients for energy:
Carbohydrates
Protein
Fat
Fat provides more energy than the other two. And, as we have already stated, our bodies need fat to function adequately. We have to be very careful though not to abuse from those fats that are harmful to our bodies and go for those fats that benefit us instead. (See: Step 14: How to burn fat eating fat!)

Now, here are some foods that will help us reduce that extra fat from the abdomen.
Eleven foods that will trim our waistline:
1. Beets
2. Avocado
3. Pumpkin
4. Beans
5. Cauliflower
6. Apples
7. Citrus (Lime, lemon, orange, grapefruit)
8. Leafy Greens
9. Raspberries
10. Sweet Potatoes
11. Apple Cider Vinegar: Contains Acetic Acid which has been shown to reduce abdominal fat. In a controlled study obese man lose 1/2 an inch (1.4 cm) from their waists by taking 1 Tbs. of Apple Cider Vinegar per day for 12 weeks.
