Chocolate and Banana Pancakes
This pancake recipe is simple, tasty, healthy and very low in calories!
INGREDIENTS
1 Banana
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup Instant Oatmeal
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tbs. Cocoa
1 tsp. Melted Ghee
Mix all the ingredients in the blender for 20 seconds at high speed. In case the dough is too thick, add a little bit of milk. Adding a pinch of instant coffee will enhance the flavour.
Preheat a small pan, add a little bit of ghee, and pour the mix to form round and little pancakes. Flip when bubbles start to appear.
Serve with fresh fruit, ghee, and your choice of honey, marmalade or cajeta!
