I love to have this bread any time during the day together with a nice glass of red wine. It is healthy, crispy, full of flavour, filling and very easy to prepare.
Just cut a nice thick and crispy loaf of bread alongside. Cover it with thick tomato slices. Sprinkle them with some oregano or Provence Herbs or sweet basil, sea salt, lemon pepper and olive oil. Then cover the tomatoes with a thick layer of your favourite cheese. Put the bread in the oven until the cheese melts.
Note: If you want the bread to be completely crispy put it in the oven for a few minutes before adding the tomatoes, and continue with the next steps of the recipe.
