Tomato slices
Avocado slices
Onion slices

On a big plate, artistically arrange the tomato, avocado and onion slices.

Sea Salt
Lemon or Lime juice
Lemon Pepper
Dried Oregano
Extra Virgen Olive Oil
Topped with Grated Parmesan Cheese

Whole-wheat toast goes great with this salad.
