Jamaica tea can be drunk hot, as tea; or very cold, as fresh water. The later is delicious, cool and a wonderful thirst quencher.

The best way to prepare jamaica tea or jamaica cold water:

100 gr. dry jamaica flowers
5 cups water

Boil the water and the jamaica flowers together for 10 minutes. Drink two cups of hot jamaica tea before breakfast or anytime during the day. Or, you can equally drink it as cold as you want during the day.

Jamaica has a sour acid flavour.  If you are not a fan of that kind of flavours reducing the concentration could be a good option.  Just use less amount of jamaica flowers to reduce the concentration.
