How to prepare rosemary tea:
1 cup Boiling water
1 tsp rosemary leaves
Add rosemary leaves to boiling water and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Drain and drink it warm or hot with no sugar or any other sweetener, remember we are getting used to enjoying the natural wonderful flavours of food and beverages.
Caution: Rosemary has a very strong flavour, if you don’t like it that strong, you can reduce the amount of rosemary to half a teaspoon or even less. Or you can switch to other tea.
