Hi! Everybody! Happy New Year and all the Blessings in the Universe to you and your loved ones! This year it is said to be Magical, and I am pretty sure you are already feeling that magic. So let’s live all the magic!

We need to start by relaxing and looking fabulous. The next simple, delicious mask will do the trick. We can apply it on face and body. First of all, we need:
3 tablespoons rice
2 cups of water

Boil rice and water together for a few minutes. Turn off the stove, and drain the rice to obtain just the liquid. Put it in the blender with:
1/2 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon instant oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon powdered milk
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil.

Blend all the ingredients together perfectly well. Apply the resulting mask on face and body. Leave for 15 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Your skin will be softer, clearer and firmer, as well as hydrated and delicious, to go to the beach or wear your sexier dress or outfit.
