FISH’N APPLES

 

This simple and delicious recipe will nourish your body and your spirit!

If you are not a fish person, you can use chicken or pork instead.

INGREDIENTS
2 Fish filets
2 Sliced Apples
2 Mandarines (Juice)
1 Lemon (Juice)
1 tsp. Olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Worcestershire Sauce
Ground Cinnamon
Chopped Coriander (Cilantro)
Sprouted Lentils

 

Salt and pepper the filets. Sauté the apples and fish filets with olive oil in a non-stick pan until they get a golden colour. Add the rest of the ingredients and let it boil for a few minutes to enhance and bring out the flavours.

Serve with all the liquids on top of sprouted lentils.
