Chocolate and Coffee Mousse

All the coffee and chocolate incredible benefits have already been stated (caffeine = antioxidants) so, here’s a recipe I’m sure you will love!





170 gr black chocolate
1/4 cup espresso
2 eggs
4 Tbs Baileys
250 ml heavy whipping cream
1 Tbs vanilla sugar


1. In the microwave oven, melt chocolate with espresso coffee.

2. Beat eggs until foamy, thick, and they double their size. Fold in Baileys and cold chocolate mix.

3. Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Add vanilla sugar and whip a little longer. Fold chocolate mixture into cream. Do not overmix, the mixture can have a few streaks.

4. Serve in nice glasses and refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Top with whipped cream and cocoa powder.
