HI! I am Cristina Aguilera. Last time we were talking about fats. If we want to look beautiful, we do not want to store those fats inside our bodies. Especially around our bellies. where fat usually tend to accumulate. This abdominal fat makes us look awful, it damages our health, it is the first to appear, and as if it wasn’t enough, it is the hardest one to lose.

How can we burn that abdominal fat? First of all, we have to remember that sugar turns into fat, so avoid sugar as much as possible. Number two, remember the 80/20 rate. When we want to lose weight and be fit, 60% is made in the kitchen and 20% in the gym. Three: focus on fats. Eliminate as much bad fat as possible and substitute them for the good fats like avocados, nuts, and olive oil, which will even help us to burn bad fat and cholesterol.
