Orange Peel Lightening Mask

ORANGE PEEL

LIGHTENING MASK

The orange peel is perfect for creating face masks and body scrubs, drawing out all the impurities, and leaving a beautiful healthy glow.

Peel’s natural oils and antioxidants moisturize skin, prevent wrinkles, and improve firmness. Its high Vitamin C helps the body to produce collagen and elastin. What’s more, it works as a lightening treatment for hyperpigmentation.

INGREDIENTS
15 Almonds
2 Tbs Oatmeal
Orange Peel – a 2X1 inch piece
Lemon Peel (optional)
Grape Fruit Peel (optional)
Aloe Vera (2X2 inch piece) Use the gelly area only.
A few drops of Almond Oil
1 tsp Honey
1 Tbs Baking Soda
A few drops lemon or lime juice

Use a small food processor – a coffee grinder may work. Grind the almonds and the oatmeal together. Add the orange peel and grind for a few more seconds. Add the rest of the ingredients one by one until you form a uniform paste.

Scrub on face and neck leaving it to work for 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. This mask is also great for hands, elbows, knees, ankles and feet.

Use twice a week if you suffer from hyperpigmentation.

Orange Peel as Vitamins
To improve your health and strength the body, eat a piece of orange peel every morning starting with a 1/2 X1/2 inch piece (avoid the white area as much as possible). Keep increasing the amount every day until you eat a whole segment. Then start reducing it until you eat a 1/2 X1/2 inch piece again. Rest for a few months before repeating the treatment or do it as often as your body requires it.
