Let’s continue relaxing, but this time to build enough energy to start our new year.
After all the parties and celebrations with friends and family now it is time to resume our agenda and to start planning our new strategies for this year.
So, let’s pamper ourselves to relax and rest before we begin our activities!
Fill the bathtub with warm water and add lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit and mandarin slices. Prepare a scrub and a mask to apply during your bath. (There are some in the entrances: Sugar and fat: the lethal combination? and A fabulous mask to look fabulous!!!) Get your favourite wine and pour it in a nice glass, light as many candles as you want, get in the tub to rest and relax for at least 20 minutes. Enjoy the aromatherapy!
If you don’t have a bathtub, find two recipients, one big enough to put your feet in and another one for your hands, and repeat the former steps.
Use the citruses peel to rub the roughest skin areas such as elbows and knees. Their natural oils will help to soften your skin.
Repeating this routine once a week will help you relax and “charge batteries” for your daily challenges.
