EASY LIGHT FISH!
Every time we want to look fabulous and wear our favourite outfit, inflammation is one of our main concerns because besides making us feel very uncomfortable and it makes us look unattractive as well. The last entrance gave us a decree to reduce inflammation now we are going to see how to prepare a meal that will also fight inflammation.

INGREDIENTS
1 Fish Filet
1 Zucchini
Oaxaca Cheese to taste
Olive Oil
Lemon Pepper
Lemon Juice
Fresh Coriander (Cilantro) or your choice of herb, Provence Herbs work perfectly well with this recipe. Oregano also fights inflammation.
1. Put the fish filet on a plate.
2. Season it with lemon juice, lemon pepper, coriander and olive oil to taste.
3. Slice the zucchini and cover the fish with the slices. Add some more lemon pepper and olive oil.
4. Cover the zucchini with lots of Oaxaca cheese (we are using this kind of cheese because it melts and it is low fat)
5. Microwave for 4 to 5 minutes or until the fish is done.
Voila! Ready to eat! Light and delicious!
