SHERRY CHICKEN AND SALAD
Salt and pepper the fajitas. Sauté the chicken fajitas in olive oil. Once they have a golden brown colour add some sherry, Worcestershire Sauce and some Provence Herbs to taste.
Serve with all its juice on top of some fresh lettuce salad with orange wedges. Top it with crispy breadcrumbs (Check the Lemony Fish entrance for breadcrumbs recipe)
This recipe is easy, delicious, rich and has very few calories. Use your imagination and prepare it with fish, tuna, pork, or even with beef.
